Terms and conditions
1. Reservations and tickets
All tickets must be purchased in advance via our website or through our authorized agents. Reservations can be made online or by phone. It is mandatory to present the ticket or booking confirmation when boarding the coach.
2. Changes to bookings
Changes to reservations are allowed at least 24 hours before the departure date. Any further changes can only be made subject to seat availability.
3. Cancellation of bookings
Cancellations can be made at least 48 hours before the departure date. Cancellations made after this deadline are non-refundable.
4. Boarding and disembarking
To avoid delays and to maintain the schedule, we ask passengers to report to the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the departure time. All passengers must present a valid ID and ticket or booking confirmation upon boarding. Passengers who do not present themselves on time or who do not have the necessary documents cannot be boarded.
5. Baggage
Each passenger may take one piece of hand baggage and one piece of checked baggage, not exceeding the dimensions and weight specified on our website. A fee may be charged for additional baggage.
6. Travel Conditions
Passengers must observe the rules of behavior and safety during the journey and follow the instructions of our staff. Smoking, consumption of alcoholic beverages and inappropriate behavior in the coach are strictly prohibited. Passengers who violate these rules may be disembarked without a refund of the ticket price.
7. Liability
The Busline company assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of passengers' luggage during the journey. We are also not responsible for delays or cancellations of the ride caused by weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Program Changes
We reserve the right to change the ride schedule or cancel a ride without any prior notice, in case of unforeseen circumstances or to ensure the safety of passengers and staff.
9. Payment
Payment can be made through our website or through our authorized agents. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and bank transfer. Payment must be made in advance and confirmed before the departure date.
10. Refund Policy
If a journey is canceled by the company, passengers will be informed and receive a full refund of the ticket cost. If passengers cancel the booking in accordance with our terms and conditions, the refund will be made according to our refund policy.
11. Protection of personal data
The Busline company respects the privacy and protection of the personal data of its customers. We collect personal information only for the purpose of providing our services and do not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.
12. Litigation
Any dispute arising between the Busline company and a passenger will be resolved through amicable negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the law of our country.
By booking and purchasing a ticket for travel with Busline, passengers accept our terms and conditions and undertake to comply with the travel rules and instructions of our staff.
